In this phase of the curriculum, learners will explore the intersection of physics, mechanical engineering, music, and business, fostering an innovative mindset to tackle real-world challenges. Through hands-on projects, problem-solving, and cross-disciplinary learning, students will gain the skills and knowledge necessary to pursue careers in these fields. By integrating scientific principles, engineering design, creative arts, and entrepreneurial strategies, this phase encourages learners to think critically and develop practical solutions for the future.

The second phase of this curriculum is designed to ignite passion and creativity in learners, guiding them to explore potential careers in physics, mechanical engineering, music, and business. Over the course of this phase, students will be immersed in interdisciplinary projects that combine scientific principles, engineering concepts, musical exploration, and business strategies, providing them with a comprehensive understanding of how these fields converge in the modern world.

Learners will delve into the mechanics of the physical world through the study of forces, motion, and energy, gaining the skills required for mechanical engineering and physics careers. They'll engage in design and prototyping activities that mimic real-world engineering challenges, sharpening their problem-solving abilities. In parallel, students will explore the role of music and sound in technology, studying acoustics and sound engineering, which connects directly to fields like audio engineering, music production, and even the design of musical instruments.

Additionally, business and entrepreneurial principles will be introduced, with a focus on how these industries are evolving through technological innovation. Students will learn how to manage projects, assess risks, and innovate within the context of scientific and technological advancements, preparing them for leadership roles in the business world.

By the end of this phase, students will have a hands-on understanding of the core principles of these fields and how to apply them in the real world. This comprehensive approach empowers learners to consider diverse career paths and equips them with the skills necessary to drive innovation and contribute to the development of future technologies.

Here is the class outline:

1. Project Lunch

2. Pathway I: The Physics of Motion

Apr 1, Bangkok

Explain the fundamental principles of forces, motion, and energy. Apply Newtonian mechanics to real-world and cosmic phenomena. Analyze energy transfer in natural and artificial systems. Explore astrophysics concepts to understand the cosmos.

3. Pathway II: Engineering Motion into Art

In this lesson, learners will embark on an exciting journey to unveil the fundamental laws of physics that shape our everyday world. Through a series of engaging activities, they will explore key concepts such as force, motion, energy, and momentum and see how these principles apply to real-world scenarios. Students will then integrate engineering, art, and physics to create their own innovative inventions—demonstrating how science can be a powerful tool for creativity and problem-solving. They will work collaboratively to design, prototype, and present their ideas, applying their understanding of physics to develop solutions that are both functional and artistic.

4. PathwayIII : Waveform Wonders Navigating the World of Audio Engineering

May 1, Bangkok

"The Sonic Pathway" is an intensive 2-week program designed to immerse students in the world of sound engineering. The pathway guides participants through foundational concepts, practical skills, and advanced techniques used in both live and studio sound environments. The program emphasizes hands-on experience, real-world applications, and creative exploration, culminating in students applying their skills to a final project. Throughout this journey, students will: Learn the fundamentals of sound and acoustics. Understand audio equipment, mixing consoles, and recording techniques. Develop practical skills in mixing, mastering, and sound design. Explore advanced techniques for both live sound and studio environments. Work on a final project to showcase their sound engineering abilities.

5. Bringing Creativity to Life: Organizing an Art & Invention Exhibition

Bangkok

In this pathway, learners will explore the process of planning, organizing, and executing an art and invention exhibition. They will learn how to showcase their creative and scientific work effectively, developing skills in event management, marketing, presentation, and collaboration. Throughout the week, students will take on different roles in organizing the exhibition, including curating exhibits, designing promotional materials, managing logistics, and preparing interactive demonstrations. By the end of the week, learners will have a clear understanding of what it takes to create a successful exhibition that highlights their artistic and inventive achievements.
