3. DEFINE PHASE {W6]

Clearly framing the right problem to solve, ensuring the design efforts are targeted and meaningful to the real challenges faced by users.

4. IDEATE PHASE [W7]

A divergent thinking stage allows teams to explore a wide range of creative solutions and possibilities without constraints, leading to innovative (out-of-the-box) ideas, and breaking free from obvious solutions.

5. PROTOTYPE PHASE [W8-9]

Transforming solution ideas into tangible forms allows designers to test and refine concepts, identify problems early, and gather feedback, thus reducing risk before committing significant resources to create a final product that truly meets the user's needs and expectations.
